According to Bruce Ginsberg, president and CEO of MooBella, Inc., Pinnacle is a natural partner for MooBella and its innovative Ice Creamery which, with its multi-patented technology, allows consumers to make-their-own fresh, hard-scoop ice cream in just 40 seconds. Pinnacle Food Sales & Marketing's serves all facets of the food service marketplace within the New England region. The Burlington, Mass.-based company will oversee the launch of MooBella's first 100 commercial machines within the six New England States.

With the MooBella Ice Creamery, consumers can choose from 96 possible combinations through a computer touch screen, and in three easy steps, make their own ice cream from a menu of two ice cream varieties (e.g., Premium and Light), twelve flavors such as Black Raspberry, Cake Batter and Mocha, and three mix-ins, including favorites like chocolate chips. MooBella ice cream is made with 100 percent all natural, real dairy ingredients. The MooBella Ice Creamery has been designed to be extremely simple for customers to operate and is also very space efficient, at less than 10 square feet – about the size of a household refrigerator.
